Competency Mapping: Developed a skills matrix that mapped the workforce competencies of a large (7,000+ staff) Middle-Eastern Oil Corporation.
Gap Analysis: By utilising a baseline competency dictionary, W&A has conducted pilot assessments to verify the competency data for individuals and then implemented gap analysis for all employees across the enterprise.
Individual Development Plans: Using outputs from the gap analysis agreed and IDP between the individual and their immediate supervisor. W&A then proposed individual development plans that matched the individual's competency training requirements with the organisation's need for achieving best global practice in their operations.
Competency Dictionaries: Produced competency dictionaries that match technical and behavioural competencies to individual job descriptions as applicable to job families across the total enterprise.
