Documentation Services: Maintenance of all CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) policy and procedure manuals and supporting documentation since 1998.
Technical Writing: Design and development of complete operating manuals for both technical projects and administrative functions in numerous corporations such as: BHP-Billiton, Tabcorp, John Holland, Spotless, Telstra, Ricegrowers, Tenix, Australand, and others.
Recruitment/Outplacement: Delivered recruitment and outplacement services to CSIRO for 12 years.
Industrial Relations: Managed a wide scale retrenchment program for Optus. Successfully represented Optus at a number of unfair dismissal hearings. Negotiated with unions for the establishment of a green-field site for a new Joint Venture company between Telstra and GEC Marconi.
Desktop Publishing: Deliver on-going services to various Government departments for the production of training manuals, reference books and other teaching aids.
