Q. Does W&A offer its services overseas?

A. Absolutely! Most of our staff have a great deal of experience working offshore as many of our clients are multinational companies with geographically dispersed operations.

Q. Does W&A prefer to work on a Time and Materials (T&M) or Fixed Price basis?

A. We are happy to charge for our services in whatever form best suits our clients. It is possible to use both methods concurrently where some of the work is well defined and can be quoted at a Fixed Price and other, less quantifiable, activities can be done on a T&M basis.

Q. How does W&A approach an assignment?

A. Our usual approach is to meet with you and discuss your needs, timeframe, budget, etc and then prepare a detailed, fully costed proposal that details our understanding of your requirements and our proposed approach, delivery schedule, and resources.  This is an obligation-free, no cost service.
