Since commencing business in 1986, W&A has been providing business services for over 20 years and 80% of our work is repeat business from long-term clients.
During the 1990's as the ubiquitous deployment of "desktop" computing became the tool of businesses large and small, W&A was requested to identify software tools that assisted staff to better use the intranet and internet tools that were rapidly emerging as the way of doing business.
Initially W&A focussed on development of business tools that supported the transition from hardcopy procedural manuals and documented processes to online, real time electronic support systems.
W&A innovation saw the use of "process wizards" to help support management and staff at all levels. These business process tools greatly improved the efficiency of the organisation's processes and significantly reduced training requirements by providing ready access to on-the-job training resources. The requirement for this innovation has continued to grow and has become a primary focus for most organisations today. Most importantly, W&A allows companies to greatly improve their front office capabilities by ensuring that staff have the tools, knowledge and training to always satisfy customers needs.
W&A embarked on a long term R&D program in the mid 1990s. This effort continues today refining and enhancing these business tools and developing new innovations in consulting support that parallels the changing global environment. We believe that in today's highly competitive environment, management teams must give greater consideration to the use of modern business methods such as web based market analysis and efficiency improvement tools.
